The brief.

We began working with Exemplar Health Care in 2016, as the business was entering a period of ambitious growth and needed a marketing partner able to support its wider commercial, recruitment and operational goals.

The brief developed into a broad, long-term partnership across marketing, recruitment and quality. We were asked to support activity including new home launches, internal communications, direct mail, websites, marketing collateral, paid social, Google Ads and targeted recruitment campaigns.

The outcome.

We delivered integrated marketing support across Exemplar’s estate, helping the team maintain consistency across online and offline channels. This included campaign planning, creative development, recruitment advertising, landing pages, direct mail and marketing materials for both internal and external audiences.

Our recruitment campaigns used targeted paid social, Google Ads and tailored landing pages to generate candidate enquiries for specific homes and roles. The work helped create a more sustainable flow of potential employees, reduced pressure on traditional recruitment routes, and contributed to award-winning recognition, including The Drum European Digital Advertising Award for paid social activity.
